We built RiskOS to help you analyze strategies, not to harvest your data. We collect only what is strictly necessary to provide the service: your email (for logging in) and your payment record (so you get the features you paid for).
We do not store your card details. Ever. All payments are processed securely by Paystack, a world-class payment processor. We only receive a notification telling us "User X paid for Plan Y", which allows us to upgrade your account instantly.
Your account data resides in a secure PocketBase instance. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We don't sell, share, or rent your personal information to anyone. Period.
You have the right to access, export, or delete your account at any time. If you want to leave, simply contact us and we'll wipe your data from our servers completely.
